The book is written in pdf format so that it can be downloaded on to any computer, Windows or Mac. The free version of Adobe Acrobat (already installed on many computers) is required to download the book. New or updated versions of Acrobat can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat As the download is fairly large (8.6Mb) the file is best downloaded in the morning when the web tends to be quieter. Adobe works well on 99% of computers
What happens if I have download problems?
If you do experience any problems (which is most unlikely), then please email us at info@familysecuritysafety.com with your name and email address. As soon as Paypal have confirmed your payment we will email you a copy of ‘How to Protect Your Family’. In fact we will also do this if you prefer this method. You will still need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file.
How long will the file take to download?
The actual pdf file is 1.6Mb which with a 56.6 Kbps modem connection, will take on average around 10 minutes to download. The download time will however vary considerably, depending on your connection speed and on the internet traffic at that particular time.
Is it safe to give out my credit card details on your site?
Yes it is, all payments are made through PayPal on their secure servers.
Before ordering from any site always verify that you are ordering on a 'secure server'. Once you have clicked on the "order now" button to fill in your credit card details, look on the bar in the bottom right hand portion of the screen and you will see a 'locked padlock'. When you double click on the padlock it will open the security certificate verification, showing that you are ordering on a safe system. Do not order from any site where the 'locked padlock' is not present.
